We’ve gathered the most common questions our guests ask before arriving — all in one place. Whether you're wondering about parking, planning a special surprise, or just need to know where to get your morning coffee, we’ve got you covered.
๐ Is there parking?
Yes — the majority of our Easilets properties include free on-site parking or a designated nearby space. If your stay requires a permit, don’t worry — we’ll sort that out for you in advance. A couple of our city-centre properties don’t have parking due to location, so be sure to check the individual listing or reach out to confirm.
๐ How do we check in?
All of our stays offer fully contactless check-in for maximum flexibility. You’ll receive either a keybox code or smart lock instructions ahead of your arrival, so you can come and go as it suits you — no waiting around for keys.
๐ What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Need a little more time? We offer early check-ins from 1:00 PM and late check-outs until 1:00 PM for a small fee of £35. Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
๐ถ Is there Wi-Fi?
Absolutely — reliable, fast, and free Wi-Fi is included in every stay. Perfect for streaming, remote work, or uploading those Instagram-worthy snaps of your day out in York.
๐งผ Are towels, toiletries, and essentials provided?
Yes. We provide: Fresh towels, Hand soap in bathrooms and kitchens, Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and a few cooking basics to get you started

Yes — each property is professionally cleaned before your arrival. If you’re staying for a longer trip, we can arrange additional cleaning visits upon request.

All kitchens are fully equipped with: Oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, Utensils, cookware, crockery, and glassware, Kettle, toaster, and cooking essentials (oil, salt, etc.) Some properties also include Nespresso machines or extras like slow cookers — check the listing for details.

Some of our properties are pet-friendly! Just filter by “pet-friendly” when searching, or get in touch and we’ll help find the perfect stay for you and your furry friend.

Yes! We offer both, subject to availability.
Early check-in (from 1:00 PM) – £35
Late check-out (until 1:00 PM) – £35
Let us know ahead of time and we’ll confirm if we can accommodate.
๐ Where’s the nearest shop or supermarket?
Your welcome email includes a list of nearby amenities. Most of our properties are within easy walking distance of a convenience store, with larger supermarkets just a short drive away.
๐ Can we decorate for a birthday or special occasion?
Absolutely! We love helping guests celebrate. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or romantic surprise, we can assist with: Balloons & banners, Celebration packages, Romantic setups (rose petals, candles, etc.)
Just ask us in advance and we’ll tailor something to suit your occasion.
